Afghan Box Camera
The Afghan Box Camera was invented around Kabul and Peshawar in the past century: nobody knows by which ancient knowledge it derives, which travelled along with the wars and the oil pipelines. The anthropologists tell about a big primitive camera with internal tanks capable to develop passport photos in the street in a ten minutes time. This form of roving handcraft, now almost disappeared, was recreated by Cuartonigiro Photolab with recycled materials. Offering an itinerant photo studio, it will be playfully standing at the Perugia Social Photo Fest.
The itinerant photo studio will wait for you at the PerugiaSocialPhotoFest, so you can have your own portrait with your imaginary (western) heroes
